Great site, love all the info..here is my question: Because I have a CDL (commercial driver license) I cannot use all the time, however, let's say I get high once every saturday and I usually do because I am off and it's the only time I can, how quickly would I be clean again? what if I did it every weekend? does it build up? I am a gym rat and I drink lots of water all the time...if it helps to know I take about 6 hits or until I am stoned, only once a weekend I do this. Also, can the CHP drug test you on the spot? I appreciate your time and feedback, thanks fellas.

The only way to know for sure is to test yourself. No one here can predict how long it will take for you to get clean. If I were you, I would buy some cheap test strips and smoke the first weekend. Then test yourself daily with the first void of the day until your clean. The exercise will help you to burn fat and shed thc, but you can also add a high fiber diet in as well. Drinking loads of water will not help you to clean out faster, it will only make your kidneys work better. Sorry not sure what the CHP are could you explain this?

Yes, I agree ..I was looking at those strips from a link on here I think...CHP is the california highway patrol...since I'm a truck driver I was wondering about what I posted...thanks for your input..sounds like the best solution to me.
