One more UA Question. HELP

If I'm substituting urine, can I pee into the cup to trigger the temp gauge. Pour that pee out, and then put in the substitute? Thanks

Why not just follow the steps outlined in the Substitution sticky thread?

If the substitute isn't up ro remp it will cool off the strip too fast.
