So I got one of these and I have heard alot of mixed reviews concerning the construction. Some people seem to think that the plastic shell may get heated hot enough to give off harmful vapors. I have used the vape and the shell doesnt seem to be any warmer than 100 degrees. Anyways considering the fact that alot of companies spam message boards it is hard to trust any of the reviews I have read. Does anyone know whether using this thing is harmful?

I have used it and it doesnt seem and harsher than my friends vape bros or my last vape (da buddha). However after vaping there is a small amount of condensation on top of the vent that goes inside of the bag unit when it gets inflated.

After using such a great vape like the Buddha, what in the hell made you decide to get this cheap piece of Chinese knock-off crap ?
Usually people do it the other way around. They buy this junk because they don't know any better, but then after a bit of use and research, they buy something legit, like the Buddha.
You did it back-asswards.

I second that. The Fugi is an absolute POS and I doubt it will last you very long.:(

ya I fucked up, my vape got taken by the campus police and I asked some friends about the fuji after seeing it on craigslist and bought it because they said it was good. I usually do alot of research before I purchase. I dont care if it doesnt last long as long as im not inhaling plastic, because I will have the money for a volcano in a few weeks.

I have used both volcano and fuji. Both do the same for me with neither leaving any PLASTIC after effects. The only thing I have had to replace is the BAG. Fuji has a 1 yr warranty and volcano is lifetime. AH the price difference is in the warranty. Volcano parts are made in the same country as fuji. Go figure.:D

TOTAL unadulterated CRAP. The 'Cano does NOT have a lifetime warranty AND, the Volcano parts are NOT made in the same country as the Fuji.
The Fuji is made in China and could very well have toxic parts and or toxic lead paint or varnish or glue in the vapor path. I would stay far away from using these.
To the OP. PLEASE go over to fuckcombustion.com for some valid vape reviews. There are users there that own multiple vapes that will offer up very valid information. It is a site that is TOTALLY dedicated to vaporizers and has tons of reviews on each one. Also, the owners and inventors of the various well-known vapes are active there to help answer any questions you may have. If a post like this appeared on that site, there would be a deluge of people coming forth to educate this person about vaporizers.
Please don't listen to bogus BS like what has been stated here, for it is no more legit than that Fuji.

Thank you for this internet site info., I had never checked it out before. I have read some info. about the warranty of both at stores that sell them. The one's I used didn't belong to me but, friends of mine.
As far as the shit they make the parts with, yep no doubt this is occurring with every thing we now buy from any foreign country. Even when it says made in america ya can't trust it anymore, because the materials are actually made in another country and assembled here and called american.
My experience with both got me medicated just the same. My story and sticking too it. Your story I will be looking at and thank you.

The Fuji may be both safe and reliable. Who knows? Any of these clone vapes have to overcome the bad rep that other cheap rip off vapes have achieved. It's hard to imagine you're getting high quality in a Volcano like vape for $100-150, and digital in this price range is really iffy IMO. S&B dropped the Volcano Digit warranty down to 2 yrs. from 3 for the Classic (analog), so that should tell you how they view digital vs. analog.
For a bag delivery vape, the herbalAire, Extreme, and new Zephyr Ion are much better bets, even though they cost quite a bit more than a Fuji. And all three will also do direct draw as well as bags.

I found this video where they take it apart. After using it for 2 weeks I have not seen any melted plastic. The only problem is that it is cheaply made, so it leaks a bit during the beginning of filling the bag.

Did someone in this thread state anything about melting plastic in the Fuji?

I took it apart yesterday, then heated it and watched it for 15 minutes. None of the plastic parts inside got to hot to touch. It appears as if there is some sort of dust or something on the sides, but it never makes any contact with the heated air because the air goes through a tube that is inside of the casing, and goes directly up to where the bag is attached. Additionally, it does not come off easy, and required a firm rubbing with a cloth to remove.
