Guys + Gals,
First off - Thanks for a very awesome site. The info provided here by the dedicated members is invaluable to everyone.
Next, on to the Big question: Can I start up again.....
I had a UA as part of my life insurance policy application process. The UA was done by a mobile nurse, who came to my home. Given that i didnt know what i was in for, and how i figured the UA would be used for more than just a THC screen, i figured that the dillution approach was best.
So, the blood/UA was last friday (7 days ago). I had been clean for 30 days beforehand, but was still showing positive for my first voids of the day. I was/will be (soon?) a heavy user - 3-4x per day until i quit for this test. 5'8 / 200lbs, medium metabolism.
I passed two home tests on the day of my UA by following N2's awesome directions in the Dillution Sticky.
my agent said that i would be covered, even now, unless the Insuarace company got "something crazy back from the doctors".
When would the THC screen actully be performed? Is it one of the first things tested for? The sample was split into 2 vials by the nurse, and i was told to dump the rest.
Is a positive for THC = an immidiate policy "denial" in most cases?
Should i know something by now if it was?
Today we recieved a fax from the agent to set-up consent to automatically pull funds from our bank account for the monthly fees. But he said it probably wouldnt get all finalized until Feb 1st.
Its been a LONG 35 days, but i dont want to risk getting a "negative dilute" and having to retest again soon
So, the question again is: Can I start up again?...any ideas or thoughts - good or bad would be appreciated.
Thanks for all the great advice from the members here
