How do I determine my first sample of the day?

I work from 4:00 PM until 6:00 AM 3 days per week.When I'm off I try and keep the same schedule so I stay up until around 7:00 AM and sleep until 1:00 PM and wake up at least once,usually around 10:00 AM,because I have to urinate.

My question is,with this schedule and having to urinate in between my sleep time how do I determine my "first sample"?

As always ANY help and/or insight will be greatly appreciated.

I wouldn't worry about the 10:00am urination and just use the first void after you wake up at 1:00pm.
