I wish anyone that thinks, that the frigging Government is capable of running health care, (or, anything else), could have been with me yesterday ... long story short, I spent over 4 hours, with my phone in my ear, dealing with Medicare and Social Security personnel, finally giving up all attempts at common sense :wtf: ... suffice it to say, it is PURE MADNESS ! ...

Don't feel too bad, I know someone who has had 50% of their social security taken for back child support when the law allows for only 25%. Its not the system, its the leaders and rule changers that fuck everything up. They can't leave anything good alone. And the seniors are now finding that out. :(

awww.....ya see. there you go again. I never said we didnt need some healthcare reform?? Ive always said we DID. However, those fuckin monstrocities of a bills that the far left of the democrat party, the GED educated unions, and special interests decided to write were a joke. They couldn't even look the general fucking public in the face at townhall meetings cause they knew it too. And they paid a hefty price.....and will continue to pay HEFTY prices in the future unless they come to the table again from SCRATCH. If they dont...... they will be quickly voted out and replaced.
The far left represents a TINY minority. Its a center-right country....and it ALWAYS will be.

There cant be any "mandates", there wont be any "govt. run" option. If there is again, they will be voted out of office in 10 months.

since the longshot win, for Drunk Teddy's Senate seat (can you believe that crooked piece of shit stayed in office for 47 years ? ... 47 YEARS ! :wtf: ) ... anyway, now the newspapers are describing how both parties are "scrambling to discover how to replicate the win", how to use his election strategy as a way to win more races ... allow me to 'reality-translate' : "now both parties are scrambling to dream up more LIES that the stupid voters will fall for" ... there, that's more accurate, isn't it ... both parties suck, and 3rd parties can't win, simply because there are so many, to split the votes ... now, what the hell do we do ?? ... :wtf:

don't know about oregonian (sp) laws, but in texas you pay 20% of your pay for the first kid and 5% for each kid after that. (this is simply for figuring out how much you pay.) they can garnish up to 50% of your bring home wages to pay for child support you are behind on.

Wow, but this person is totally on Soc Sec, and its a Federal Program. He even got a letter stating they could only take 25%, yet are still taking 50%. I'm helping them file a letter with Soc Sec and a lawyer to represent him after they reply. They are living on less then $600 a month with Section 8 housing. :(

We aren't splitting the vote.....educated historians now how great that worked out in 1994, while Ron Paul and them have some great ideas, they will NEVER garner enough support or money to make any splash...especially in 2012.
The next president will win on a platform of low taxes and an even smaller Federal Government. They will also strip islamofascist terrorists captured on the battlefield of American citizens rights.
I almost hope the DEMS try reconciliation to be honest with you. It will be SUICIDE and they know it...but they wont hold a majority like the one they just pissed away for a generation atleast....and they know that too.

sad but true. what the hell do we do? George Washington, our nation's first Commander in Chief and president was independent. the last of a breed it would seem. :wtf:

If there ever was a time when an independent had a real shot to make a name for themself....it's right now. I just dont think Ron Paul is the right guy to get BIG numbers from the general public nationally and win. I'd love to see average Bob or Susan with a common sense, keep it simple, low taxes, small govt intervention, kinda campaign. They would get my familys hard EARNED $$$ and support.

Third parties also don't have the advantage of being included in debates on television and all the other perks that the big two have. ALSO, if we want to clean up government we NEED to put term limits on the crooks in congress and senate.
Have a good one!:s4:
^ true. if you think about it we had voluntary term limits for the commander in chief that worked on the honor system for the first 32 presidents. then we had to change the constitution after 33. maybe we do need a similar amendment for the congress. good idea. :twocents:
and yes, "third parties" are left out of the entire process, in some states like here they are not even allowed on the ballot. :wtf:
good to have you back modfather. :pimp:
