How do I +rep someone?

Can someone explain this to me? I didn't even know you could do this...

Click the picture of the scale at the top right of a persons post just above the date they joined :thumbsup:

You can check what rep you have received by clicking on "User CP" in the green toolbar above the naked girl with buds on her boob :jointsmile:

(BTW - you should turn on your rep :)...)

From the top menu, click "User CP", then Edit Options on the left & you can turn your reputation on there. Now you click the scale on the top right of the post you want to give rep to & you can pick approve or dissaprove and leave a comment if you want.
