LITTLE FLY THINGS NEED HELP IDENTIFYING THEM PLEASE IS IT GNATS???

HI ALL JUST FOUND A COUPLE OF THESE BUT ONLY NOW AND AGAIN I SEE THEM ANY INFO HELP PLEASE FELLOW GROWERS :)

THERE ABOUT 2MM TO 3MM SIZE

they dont look like gnat. Gnats have a slimer, longer body. Im not sure what they are,have you tryed using neem oil? it works wonders:jointsmile:

well when i done all my cuttings i dipped all my plants at the same time in PLANT VITALITY as i did have spider mites i did clear the spider mites that was about 3 crops ago and none since touch wood and i was dipping every one since then but now these have turned up i orderd some GNATS OFF just waiting for that to come with the neem oil is that same as ( give them all a good dipp) ??

I seem to have the same bug infestation so if you got rid of these pest please let me know how it worked
