MMJ and tint

i was wondering if a MMJ patient would be able to get a tint permit for thier car

The "Tint Permit" in RI should be featured on the TV show "monsterquest", everyone's heard of it but no one has proof that it really exists. Unless it is factory tint, you will get pulled over and harassed, and then issued a citation or told to take it off on the spot. Some cities in RI are more tolerant than others, but I think it comes down to if the officer has made his quota for the month. I was in traffic court and the judge told one person to get a note from his eye doctor saying it was necessary,but that is a rare occassion.

if you want tint on your car in RI, dont register your car in RI

20% tint here............

20% here too, so far no issues even when being stopped for other issues.
inspection was a pain tho
