Need Some Advice Please

I have nirvana ak 48 fem and nirvana swiss cheese fem growing indoors and i have 2 4ft floro with 30watt 6500kelvin spectrum bulbs and a 4ft floro with terrarium light which is 18000 kelvin spectrum. Is this enough to veg my plants? and when do i know its time to start budding? thanks.

Yep, good enough for veg. It will be a little slower growth than if you were under hps or mh but it'll work.

thanks. any info on how long to veg? Is there a certain height or something and then u flower them or what?
