The rules say I need a card holder (who will also double as a tester of the product), a doctor or nurse - I am thinking they mean a physicians assistant for my Board of Directors as you must be a Corporation.

Anyone know a legitimate lawyer with some juice to pave the way?

I need a decent location - not real spendy - willing to lease with an option to buy.

Room for 100 plants, all the kit to run them - a prep station to process the product and package it, a suite that has a bathroom/shower/dining area/kitchen.

Seperate area for walk-in customers, common area for eating and some space for entertainment items.

Security as in cameras, buzz in doors (pun intended), central alarm. I will be bringing a physical security detail with me. They had 25 stick ups in CO last month and we all have to be safe from the element that wants to crash the party.

Certainly open to ideas and limited partners with some skills - besides being able to "test"

Security/Tester/Card Holder/Administrative/Medical Liason/Promotional/Grower are al things I mat need although I am a very hands on guy and all final decisions would rest with me.

NM also requires anyone involved in any way to pass a Federal and State background check. If you can't pass, I can't use you - NM just won't allow it.

NM also requires a drug-free work place - so, with the exception of a tester - if they even allow that - ya just can't get stoned at work. Bummer - but hey - it all has to be 100% above board, straight according to Hoyle (Google it if ya don't know) with no operating in gray areas.

The grow room and prep stations will be strictly controlled by a swipe card access sytem logged by who, when, for how long and the cameras will roll 24/7. Kinda like a casino.

Ok - so start tossing out some locations, doctors, lawyers, security companies and whetever else jumps into your mind.

Darts, pinball, pool, foozball. I have a 1960 gambling game - a 25 hole pinball machine I would bring out with me - no flippers - circa 1960 - magic screens. Probably never heard of them I bet.

I'll teach you all how to play - I'll make it non-gaming and maybe get a slot machine or two - I love them things - but only for entertainment.

Contact me via email as I prefer not to have the set up info out here for all to see:
