Alrighty, this is my paranoia setting in here.

I know I will be drug tested at an pre-employment physical, I just do not know whether it will be hair or urine testing (or both? ive read some people do both? wtf?)

I know I will pass a urine test, I bought a home kit, came out fine.
I have smoked half a blunt 2x in the past 2-3 months.

My concern is more over the hair testing. I know the rule of thumb is three light smoking sessions over a 3 month period... but is this just a hard and fast rule? where did this come from?

I could do all the washes and shit and I prob will but I am not willing to shave my head or heavily bleach it and redye it (it will get so brittle it will all just fall out and break off, call me vain but I just would rather not)

Would the macujo method be ok for a light user such as myself? thanks again for the help.

Also would just like to see where exactly you were hired (not necessarily company but maybe industry, etc.) when you got hair tested?

How many people know they got drug tested at a cut off level of 20ng/ml, also if you could describe your place of employment?

I think my paranoia is getting the best of me, I'm just so dang anxious, I can't help it.

search for Jerry g method it does work. Good luck to you. However bleaching and redying is not at all what I would call pleasant. Fuck all bussinesses who don't judge a man by the quality of his piss. They deserve to outed for the spineless bastards they are. And in reality their tests cause more drug addiction problems than they solve. The reason I believe that is because their tests coerce people to quit weed and smoke water soluable chemicals instead, knowing that the residues are out of their system in a day and a half. Those water soluables cause normally sane people to steal and lie to keep doing them, falling into a vicious circle called addiction. The exact opposite of their anti-drug movement stated intentions.
