I'm setting up another grow room, but the only problem is -the intake !!!

My only option is to pull air from the outside in
How do I combat the difference in temps, (cold air from winter-hot air from summer),from the ouside to inside temps?:S5:

Usually mount your cold intake low. Thats where the cold air is naturally. You don't need much of an intake if its just to bring fresh air in for the plant. If its to help cool then bigger is needed.
