Hey man thanks for the responce.

The issue is that after two weeks, my sprout is no whwere it needs to be. Really small growth, I have pics posted on the other thread and I didn't think that uploading them again was a good idea.

Anyway, there are pics of the sprout and where I have been keeping it.

Any advice, is much appreciated.

you could always germinate them in a plastic bag and wet paper towel and just plant them in soil... I've had about 95% success with that method.

Haha it may be shitty advice considering you built that cool bubble dome, but it works for me all the time.
