i might have someone that wants to sign me as caregiver.my ? is i told them my deal is 1/2 oz free per month + cheap price.so how does that work?i have the forms and i know how that all works with the copy of dl and all.but after everything is signed and i have all copies am i legally allowed to hand over the free 1/2 right then or does the forms need to be sent off and then the state sends me or them paper work saying everything is a ok??im just on my toes now as i think everything now is a leo setup as to what happened to me with clones.is there anyway you can do something wrong just by signing people up?the reason i ask is this guy said that he told his friends about my offer and 3 people want to sign up too.then today another email comes in saying now it's a total of 7 people that want to sign me as there caregiver.

i mean i just want to make sure im by the book here with all this.

7 peeps all at once that just seems a bit odd to me or is it just me?
maybe they liked my offer so much that word spread that fast??idk?

my offer to them was 1/2 oz free per month and the first 2 oz's of every month would be at 225 ea then any after that if they needed more would be 275 each.and it would reset every month.so it would be 450$ for 2 1/2 oz's basicly.

I think they mean you're going to have problems with people selling what you give them for free. One way to avoid that would be instead of 1/2oz all at once, divide it up by weeks. Maybe 1/8 a week.

As far as mailing off, once the paperwork has been completed, signed, notarized, etc... you're golden. Make sure though you have color copies of everything, the change form is filled out in blue ink, and also make sure you have proof of mailing (certified mail receipt). I also make a copy of the envelope before mailing. Probably overkill but better safe than sorry!
