BUGS!!!! NEED HELP!!!!

there are these little black bugs all over one of my plants outside. they dont seem to have gotten the other one. the nugs look like there gone.

i had a problem last year i just boughlt myself some vegetable bug killer, which said was all safe but had to be flushed for 1week before harvest, and it worked fine and my nugs were fine aswell, hope this helps at all :thumbsup:
