Had to take a hair test on relatively short notice and was only able to wash with baking soda twice, and then use All Clear shampoo day of.
Fortunately, I have another job offer on the table now and my question is:
If I use Jerry G's method, is my treated hair go to go from that point forward?? I have every intention of remaining clean... so if I go thru that process and test clean, do I need to keep repeating the process moving forward, every time I think I have a HT coming???
Are the metabolites washed out for good??? As I said, I plan on remaining clean... anybody know the answer to this question???

I wouldn't hesitate in using this method again for the next hair test. You really didn't have enough time clean the first go around. And for this second test I would cut atleast 1" of hair off your head. You have over 45 days of clean hair close to the scalp and the rest of it is dirty. Removing any of the excess dirty hair will help your chances greatly.

I'm not even sure if the test I have to take on Monday is a HT or not... if it's a urine test, I'm cool.
My overall question is - if I go nuts with the bleach and redye method, and all that entails, and I don't smoke again, does that make me good, for good???
If I were required to give another hair sample, I would take precautions regardless, but if the proteins/metabolytes have been striped from your hair using the Jerry G method, are they gone for good, assuming you don't smoke anymore???
I know there would be the consideration that more metabolytes might still be stored in your fat cells (although I am 46 days clean now), and could therefore be reintroduced into you hair, but are the metabolytes that were already in your hair effectively removed, altered, or destroyed permanantly???
Going to bleach and redye this weekend, and follow the baking soda/shampoo routine before going to test on Monday... I'll let everyone know how my tests come out.
I hate all this... truly, I feel like I'm living in Nazi Germany - filled out 22 pages of background checks and application for a temp-to-hire position... it's beyond ridiculous.
