Hello to everyone,
I have a question. I've been a frequent marijuana user for the last 3 years now. Now I just plan to use it only occasionally. Now, what I've been wondering is to what organs of the body does marijuana have most influence (brain, kidneys, etc.) and how much did I basically ruin those organs in the last 3 years (I've been smoking aproxx 2 joints a day)? My next question is: what are the best ways to repair/rehabilitate those organs? For instance, tea is good for the kidneys but what kind of tea do I need to drink to clear my body and repair my organs? You know, what should I eat and drink to, sort of, enhance those ruined parts. Is there a website with such instructions? Anyway, if anyone has any idea of what im talking about - plase share.

i dont know what organs it effects but green tea cleanses ur system, and black tea for sure
Any effects on the brain will be short term (as far as mood goes) Now I have heard from a number of credible people, all of whom are unbiased, that marjuana will effect long term complex mathimatical skills. Meaning higher end math will be a bit harder to grasp. But im not too sure about those claims.
Lungs are really the only other concern. But dollars to dildos your heart will give way before your lungs ever start experiencing problems. You need to be a 20year+ smoker for any form of cancer.

nothing's wrong with your organ i think your parnoid or a hypo-condriact.
well you might be a little dull. And well your lungs arent as crisp as they were when you were a non smoker

Drink tons of green tea to reverse the damage smoke has caused your lungs. The Japanese smoke more cigarettes than Americans do, yet their incidence of lung cancer is lower. Many people think its because of the crazy amounts of green tea they drink. Drink at least 4 cups of green/black tea a day
Other cleansers-wheatgrass juice. A very good way to detox your system, Its expensive if you go to Jamba juice, so grow your own wheatgrass and buy a juicer. Also try eating algae.
Eat lots of blueberries-they have more antioxidants than any other known fruit or vegetable. Oh, and stop drinking alcohol if you want to repair your systems. Women who have just 3 drinks a WEEK increase their chance of breast cancer by 50%. The recent "studies" linking alcohol to heart health are hyped up by the alcohol companies. While alcohol may have some protective effects for the heart, it can wreak havoc on your liver.

Right, thanks to everyone for their input. I do have one more question:
how long will it take for me to get fully clean considering I have been an everyday smoker for 3 years? I mean - to pass a drug test clean. A urin or blood test for example. Will I be ok in a month?

if u dnt come in contact with it id say 4-6 weeks and ull be clean, keep up the fluid / green tea intake, excercise when u can. Use a sauna or steam room to clean ya poures.
