Noticed these a bit ago. Really hoping its not mites(haven't seen any) or anything and just a nute problem. They spots are only on some of the top fan leaves. I am a couple of weeks into the budding stage. The pic is blurry. Some of the leaves have a more severe problem of the spots.

If you fill out the troubleshooting form, likely you'll get a diagnosis or two.
Also, a better picture would help.

From looking at that same problems guide felix posted, it looks more like a calcium deficiency than boron. Calcium def. apparently causes brown/red spots on the fan leaves. it says to foliar feed or soil feed a light lime solution, so i guess i'd try that.

Can I foliar feed even though it is budding?

Interesting, I get these in my fan leaves too, but have ignored it as just the normal flowering process and the dying of the sun leaves.....
Tried all sorts of nutrients to keep it from happening, but nothing seems to effect it.
