iam in the process of setting up two 10x10 tents i will be running a total of 8 1000 w hps and 4 fans.does anyone know appx what the elect bill would be each month?also running at night 12on 12 off.thx

you're going to run 8000 watts and you're worrying about the electric bill? Seems a little strange but, it's going to be very high.8 times what it currently is i'm guessing.

8000x12x30=KWH for the month. Then you just have to find out how much your electric company charges per KWH.

Probably about 3 grand a year extra. At $.10 per KWH it comes to about $3,500 per year which is around $300 extra per month.

Now, if you are going into business you better get a lot better at math.;)
