Reliable seed banks...

I wanna start gowing again, last time i grew NL i got from a friend bus sadly she's no longer in the country :D .
Anybody know any reliable seed sites that u can pay in cash?
Relativley cheap too (30euros MAX)

Oh, i have some Hemp seeds i bought at a healthfood shop (don't ask why)...will anything good come from them if i grow 'em?
or will i just chuck them?

If you have the resources then why not grow them. Maybe just hemp with no THC value so it maybe a waste of your resources.

Lemur nearly all hemp sold is sterilised seed and won't sprout.

nah, they sprout, but i threw them out(last year)
just wonderin if they're worth the trouble.
