Hello ALL

Well im off to the hardware store today to get supplys for my funroom and just wondering if anyone knows if they make any kind of green filtered screw in style lightbulb that i could use for viewing plants during dark cycle that wouldnt interfere with their cycle. thanks

I wouldn't count on it. Most incandescent green bulbs are actually just a regular bulb with green glass. It is not actually green light, but White light showing threw green stain.

You want a lamp that uses green LEDs. The LEDs actually produce green spectrum light only. I'd check your local grow shops for what you want. I would not expect HD or Lowes to carry either one though.

Good luck!

Being a noob at this i knew it wouldnt be long, i wasnt aware that light interuptions caused herms, also with hectic scheduling just thinkinking of ways to catch up if i needed to during dark as i have heard of green light just was wondering if there was a screw in type or not, but point taken

THANKS!!
