help 4 weeks old are plants small

the plants in the black pot are 4 weeks old.for the first 2 weeks i had them in my bedroom under 2 fishtank lights and the next 2 i put thm in a growtent under a 250 watt hm light day started to grow the leaves under that but reading around i think day should be bigger any advise would b great day are cheese plants

how high is the lamp? If it is to high they will grow slover, much slover but if you give them enough lite, the littele ladys will be just fine! Good luck!:)

yea..
i think that they are a little small for 4 weeks but if
you havent had good temps/good soil/other problems then
they will be a bit stunted..
here are mine at 10 days..
