Grow ROOm setup??

im going shopping this week. mainly for soil what kind is best for basic grow 1st timer.? What Fert.s to get??
and most importantly where can I buy that reflective foil looking material????
and best place for CFL and the panel of sockets.???

Home DePot or other hardware store for the lights. The strip of sockets is usually a bathroom vanity bar. If there's any grow shops/hydro stores in your area they should have all the rest. I like Fox Farms for my soil and fertilizer, top quality organic stuff.
