Hair Test HELP!!!

I have a hair test on Dec. 21. I have taken 3 hits of mid grade bud since Sept 29. The latest hit being two weeks ago from the date of my hair test. I have too short of hair on my head for testing...so it will likely be a body hair test. Do you think I'll pass? And if not, what is the most effective shampoo/wash to clean my hair?
