Not sure this is the right place to post this but here it goes. I placed an order with Discount Hydro that got held up at FedEx. After 2 days of waiting on FedEx to contact me I took more aggressive measures and called FedEx again and demand to speak to the person in charge of the facility where my package was being held. I finally find out that my package was damaged and that liquid was leaking out and they would have to contact the shipper to file a claim. So I decided to contact D H myself and sent them an email explaining the problem . Within 2 hours I get a phone call from Mario from discount hydro. He received my email and went to work getting things together to reship my order. He would over night it to me if it were possible but I live so far back in the sticks that we have to pipe in sun shine :cool: So the best Mario can do for me is a 2 day shipment. Any way I just thought this deserved a plug for Mario and Discount Hydro. They have earned my respect and business.

You hear so many negative stories about dealing with anybody's customer service, that it is refreshing to hear a good one. :thumbsup:
