New Clones, now drooping the next morning

Hi, I just got 2 clones last night and I am wondering if I over-watered them or let them dry out too much over the night. I have 2 2 gallon buckets ready to plant them in, I used some small ceramic pots for last night and this morning they looked like shit. I know I prolly stressed them out but did I over water or should I plant them in the 2 gallon and see if they come back. I will be posting my first grow journal, these are the first clones Ive had since my other 3 ladies.
Sorry if this is confusing, Im just trying to figure out what to do right now, later I will post more info.

Hmmm.
They look underwatered and overlit.
Clone roots have not developed fine feeder roots yet.
They are designed to anchor the plant and grow fast but are not equiped to transpire much water.
That's why they need low light and no nutes.
Strong light makes them exceed their capacity for transpiration so they shrivel and "die trying" to move too much water.

Humidity domes can save them 3 ways.
Moist air = less stress slows water loss from leaves
Lack of wind = less evaporation = lower transpiration rate
Fogged cover = less light = slower growth = less stress.
The temperature is important too.
Over 85 F. they try to grow too fast as well.
75 - 80 F. is a good range.
In short, dem kidz ain't old enough to work full time yet.:D

Like the Weezard said, they look underwatered. Be cautious with soil moisture before planting and particularly when in a clay container. I recommend soaking the clay first before planting in moist , quality, new soil. Peace :hippy:and luck . Bre
