Cloning cali hash

I can not get this strain too clone. I'm no master at this, only a few small grows under my belt but I never had a problem with cloning..
I usually take a nice cutting, leaving it in water for a couple days, dip it in rooting hormone(powder form) then put it in seed starting medium with a 95% success rate.
Any ideas? does this strain just not clone?

Some strains are very unstable and very hard to clone, chances are you might only get 1 out of 10, some are just more difficult then others despite the experience!! :rastasmoke:
