freeze drying?

anyone ever try freeze drying their buds with dry ice? im curious as to how common this is? everything ive read on it seems positive, supposedly gives higher potency and quicker drying times, seems a little to good to be true to me. any experiences?

Well if you look how bubble hash is made then I would not want all my trichome crystal falling off my bud. When you freeze it the crystal become brittle and break off. Not a good way to dry and faster I don't think so.
I just can't see this being any good.

there is a section in the end on freeze drying with dry ice, definately worth a try, i guess ill just let em thaw before handling.
