Urine test

Hi guys I have a friend who is scared to go to such places like these forums and ask questions so I'm asking for him.
He has a urine test really soon around the 20-22 December.
He is Tall and has normal body fat %.
He had been clean since the 3rd of December.
He is doing sport about 2-3 times a week.
Will he be ok on the test?
