I was wondering if anyone knows the laws about children of medical marijuana patients. Can CPS get involved if they find out and can they take my kids? I don't use around them or let them see it or know about it.

If you are just smoking in a separate room or something I think you will be fine. The State of Washington has given you legal permission to grow, smoke, and obtain. If they around smoking with you while you are dealing drugs to the locals you could get into trouble if you were caught. I am not a lawyer and dont know all laws, but I did stay at a Holiday Inn...

I would just use commonesense around cps. They are not to be trusted so just don't let them know about anything thats none of there business.

If CPS ever comes to visit, make sure you have them on video...that deters them from being retarded and taking the kid(s).
We did this one time and never heard from them again...
One critical issue though, don't grow around the kid(s) and have a locked door if it is in the same house as the kid(s) living in.
