do i have to flush my plant if i only gave it fertilizer once???

See title. I gave it nutrients in the beginning of flowering once and stopped. I forgot to flush and now my girls in the dark for 36hrs until i rip her out of her pot. Will this affect the taste if i didn't flush?

Necessary Info: I used molasses and bat guano tea for fertilizer.

flushing for your purpose just means feeding straight water. So essentially you have been flushing for upwards of 8 weeks already. your good to go
