I am interested in reviewing the new ganja restaurant on Broadway for the Denver Chronicle and I'm looking for someone else who is interested going with me or going on their own and co-writing an article with me. I have a disease that limits my diet and I cannot sample most, if not all of the entree's available. Due to financial reasons, I wouldn't be able to pay for your meal, but I could provide a little medicine from my own stash.

If you are interested, please contact me at [email protected]. Thanks!

I've been inside and I was given their card...but their website isn't up or available for non-primary patients.

A person doesn't have to write a review...just provide the details of what the quality of the food is.

No, you don't have to assign them as your caregiver to eat there. I went through the paperwork today and it was the same as anywhere else.

I also talked to the owner over the phone and I will be doing an interview tomorrow. I guess I'll just have to go with what I see and hear.

Someone can close this fucker...

So what is this place all about? They cook with weed? High quality stuff? I LOVE how herb tastes.

Hey Steve, I keep meaning to write...sorry! Anyhow, this place is claiming to be America's first MMJ restaurant. They have a small menu of medicated lasagna, pizza, tapenades, desserts, beverages, etc.

They have an event going on tomorrow and they've invited the press. I have no idea what to expect. Should be...strange.

A restaurant that allows me to medicate at my table? Im not too good at reviews, but im willing participant and can provide expert witless testimony:jointsmile:

do they serve non-medicated food? Id enjoy to medicate at my table, but im really not a fan of eating a ton of medicated food since the main ingredients is usually alot of butter or oil...

ps::

if the press is coming. we should all rent a stretch limo and arrive in tuxedos with top hats + monocles.

I did the review for Ganja Gourmet. Check it out here...The Denver Chronicle: Ganja Gourmet | Dispensary Reviews (http://denverchronicle.blogspot.com/2009/12/ganja-gourmet-dispensary-reviews.html)

There's no way I'd go back. I tried my hardest to be polite in the review. I think the owner is in it for the money and fame. I don't think they know what they're doing. I think they're way too expensive for food that doesn't look all that great. I think everyone who enters their establishment is going to leave disappointed.

How AWFUL. I work in the restaurant business (by choice) and I have a love for great food and service. I also have a lot of love for the herb and the folks who are out there doing their best to make Colorado THE example for how other states can successfully go medical, and hopefully one day 100% legal.

So when I read crap like this about people who have NO BUSINESS being in the business, it makes me sick. This "Green Rush" has brought a LOT of people to the arena who I DO NOT want to be associated with, and I'm sure I don't know 10% of the crap.
