Anyone get bad weed from bagseed? I did.

Ok so I inherited 4 plants and 1 is straight crystally super sticky icky dank and 1-2 are fruity but 1 is leafy and I had to harvest a branch cause it snapped off and it has no smell, and it kind of smells bad like some ditch weed... I have no idea where the seeds came from but is it likely that this was just a bad strain or will the smell come in when curing?

Well my bag seed i grew out this past summer didnt really have a smell to it and even nothing after harvest/cure, but couch lock for sure. The weed it came from sucked. But taken care of, the shit will kick your ass:D

Well I wouldnt base the performance of a plant by smoking a immature bud that hasnt been flushed of fertalizer.

If the branch you smoked was to early for harvest then the taste, potency, and smell wont be very good.

I would just grow it out and see, it could just be a really slow maturing sativa.

my sativa plants look spindly and shitty when compared to my other strains at week 6 of flower, but if you give them an extra month it makes me never want to grow and indica ever again.

well... I have had mexican bag seed come out better than most wanna be dank around here and i have had great strands from great seeds come out worse than the bag seed. i would say worry more about your lighting and nutes and soil plus love is the key factor. you can do amazing things with crap seeds if you hook em up. believe me the mexican strand i grew was almost psycadelic. soil is my key, and beleive it or not plant essences check em out.:thumbsup:I got mad props and my mexican bag seed weed and sold it for 25$ a gram good luck:hippy:
