Should you ever trim these leaves? The plant it self is only about 7" tall and full of leaves under these big ones.Any help would be great. And by the way, this site is awsome!!!!:thumbsup:

Im not an expierienced grower however I asked the same question and a few people advised me not to cut the shade leaves. They said it helps during photosynthesising if i spelt that right. Let them be haha :D

Correct, do not cut your leaves. They are the 'solar panels' for your plant. The correct word would be photosynthesis, ending it in 'ing' is not a word.

Actually it is a word, but the last s should be a z...Anyways, if they are bothering you, bend them gently underneath some of the other growth that's been shaded or you can bend the entire plant over to let light get in there...

I clipped some shade off my plant while LSTing and noticed that the branches where I had clipped the shade leaves had slower grow than where I had not. So they do make a difference.
