ph rising plz help!

the ph in my dwc bubble bucket keeps rising and the water becomes very cloudy, rapidly. i am checking it after each nute addition and using GH ph down to get it to 6. i am using hydro nutes and everything GH, including koolbloom. also i am using filtered tap water with 260 ppm to start. any thoughts on what is happening?

in hydroton. when i used rainwater that i collect i had no problem, its just when i use the filtered tap water. i am adding fulvic gold to the nutes, from guy at shop's advice after he checked my water. the starting ph is around 8, and the nutes bring it down some then i use ph down to take it to 6.

duh filtered water duh....salt filter ??? if so that your problem salt dont like marijuana

well i guess thats it then, its a pur filter, 2 stage. it only happens when the nutes are all addded. i left just the water in it and it was fine, then added nutes and ph'd it, next morning it is cloudy and ph of 8+!
