Hell all...2nd post here. Actually getting my medical rec tomorrow. Just wanted to say hi and pass on a little info. I got a possession ticket here in california about a month ago and went to court today. Turns out since it was possession while driving, a 215 card has no bearing unless the marijuana was in a locked container, out of reach of the driver. I asked the judge specifics...from the judge mind you..."if its anywhere in the front or backseat compartments..its considered accessable to the driver, and possession while driving." He also said that the glove compartment is a very iffy place, depending on the officer. Its a $485 fine now and probation (summary court probation...whatever that is)for a year too...through DMV not crimnal. Thought I'd pass on some pretty current stuff.
