What Strain?

I recently read an article in High Times and they talked about Chu Valley. Said the Cannabis is a happy mellow high without the pot hangover later. I am looking for a strain that I can grow outdoors, organically in southwest Wyoming. I grew some early fatty and lavender this past summer and the plants did great but the high kicked my a** and I felt like I drank 2 too many shots. Does anyone have a suggestion as to what strain would be good?

Its seems easy sativa (female seeds) is becoming one of the most popular strains for growers, easy, early, potent...
Passion #1 is a very popular strain too but i feel it lacks in the smell/taste/flavour department.
Skunk #1 basically grows by itself and is a "no headache" (set and forget) plant to grow.
