hi all if you could help me shed some light i think its down to food/nuitriants? just after a second apinion these are only 3 week old from seeds and on 18hr the tips are browning and there is like a little mold appearing on the soil any help would be much appreciated thanks

You may want to let the soil dry out and or use as very dilute solution of water and hydrogen peroxide. The ladies don't look that bad.

Thats for sure. Looks over watered. Plants like it dry sometime. After there dried out a bit, just water enough to keep em green and growin:thumbsup:

Hold your horses.

That looks like coco. If it is, don't let it dry out, ever. Coco is actually a hydroponic medium. Your plants, which look good, may not recover if the roots dry.

Fill out the form in my sig and people will be able to give more detailed advice. Knowing what you're growing in is important to know.

The mold/fungus on the medium's surface is most likely a beneficial that's breaking down your nutrients so the plant can use them. Peroxide will probably kill it. Do you want to do that?

Equipment:

.4) Is there a consistent fresh air supply?-

.5) Do you have an exhaust fan and a circulation fan?-no as there very young
.6) What are the bulb wattages,
250w

Your medium:
.7) Specific brand and type of soil,
fertilized soil
.8) Size of container.
1 ltr
.9) Did you use peat pucks (or similar) to root clones or germinate seedlings?
i used jiffy pots

Your nutrients and water:
10) Source of water? (tap, bottled or filtered) What's it's ph before adjusting?-
tap water ph reading 7.2 from tap
11) Method of checking water ph. (ph pen, test strips, aquarium test kit...)
