Alright so my last grow I had a couple different strains all growing in the same room. I do SCROG so sometimes its difficult for me to really examine all of the buds from all of the plants.

My garden is strictly clones but one of the buds sprouted two male flowers and ended up pollinating a few of the smaller buds(Only like 3 or 4). So as A result i have a few strains of my own that crossed, creating my own strain. I germed the seeds and planted them. Since The seeds were from two females(just one that hermed partly at the end) are my seeds feminized? Or do they just have a better chance of being hermie's?

My understanding is if the hermie pollinated itself it would be mostly hermie seeds if it was genetic, but if it pollinated a female then those seeds would essentially be feminized but you might get some that are hermie still. Since there was no male in the mix, there's no male genetics to pass on so they will either be hermie or fems.

alright well i transplanted them today into bigger pots and they are growing great. I Plan to take some clones off of each one soon and flower one clone each. Then we'll find out if theyre female or not. I just want to keep them in veg for clones because im tired of having to reveg clones.Im just excited to grow my own specific strain!! Its was kinda by accident but both of the plants produced awsome bud so im excited to see what happens.

All seeds from a hermi will be female, most will also be very prone to being hermis themselves. Seeds where a hermi fertilized a different plant are lesss likely to be hermi than if it fertilized itself.

so since its my strain does that mean i get to give it a cool name?

If you want, but nobody will recognize it as a true strain.

achilles- That's exactly what I was saying, different wording...

I planted 6 seeds from the hermie I had. I did this just to find out if the resulting seeds will be Hermie's. Im about a week away from flipping to 12\12 so I will let you know what I find.

I'm curious about this too. Bought some Afgooy that had seeds inside the buds. I think this was a hermie plant. So does that mean there is more of a chance these seeds will also be herms?

In my past experiences with bagseed yes, I planted 6 seeds a few years ago and 1 was male, 3 others were major hermies.

Yes that is the great downside of bag seeds.
