need info on how much urine needed

am planning on using quick fix for a D.O.T. test and it says 2oz. btl. will this be enough for the split sample test or will i need more thanks for reading and any replies;)

2 oz of sample is more than enough for a DOT test. DOT regulations only require 45 ml of sample. The sample is split 30/15.
