Montana will recognize any other state's authorization. By our law, the patient picks his/her's caregiver and that is the only person we can get medicine from. People from other states can get from any caregiver. I don't believe the loophole (a caregiver can only grow for their patients) has been fought in Montana courts.
I believe Rhode Island, and either Wisconsin or Michigan are the only other states.
