:jointsmile:Alright everyone so despite a few bad apples in my last thread and a few doobs later, I decided Im going to stick around.

Ok get down to business . Now for those of you who didnt follow my previous thread Mandala Hashberry. I had pollinated my hashberry girl with this unknown sativa I had, it was 100% sativa dominant. So with the strong indica Hashberry I think the sativa dominant would make a nice bushy plant and am hoping for a good yield. Not sure what to call it or if it deserves a name being as I dont know the other half :(.

Current setup ;
10 Hashberry x UK Sativa (Unknown Sativa)
400w MH/HPS Switchable
Schultz potting soil with lime to balance PH

Future additions ;
1 x 1000w ( Will be purchasing in near future, hopefully by the time Im ready to flower )

So I included some pics, first few are of my last yield off of my Hashberry, Cannabutter, Cookies & Seeds. Down below is the setup atm :smokin:

Update .. I picked up three Skunk clones from a local grower, 1 of wich wasn't rooted and did not make it, the other two are just fine. :rastasmoke:

Pics 1&2 are of the skunk clones, the rest are the Hashberry x UK sativa's. :hippy:

Happy growing to you all and I will be back when ever I feel for an update.

Alright well heres a well over due update.
As everyones knows, I had 3 female hashberrys and 2 female skunk clones.
Here we are today.

Picture 1 is the day before I switched flower.
Picture 2 is where the are today. 3 weeks into flower, just entering 4.

Bud shots

Picture 3 is the Skunk
Picture 4 is my almost 5 foot tall Hashberry.
Picture 5 is my other Skunk

Now I would like to state I achieved exactly what I wanted with my last strain, I had crossed the Mandala Hashberry with a unknown full bread sativa. I wanted to achieve a tall, but yet very bushy to keep the yields to maximum. I think with some FIM // Topping methods on my next grow, it has great potential for yields! I am extremely stoked for my self with creating this successful strain. Thank you all and I will post back in a week or so with updates.

Yea Im using a 3ft parabolic reflector. Non aircooled. Uhh my girls vegged for a month and a week or so. They exploded in size as they're almost as tall as my girlfriend!lol

How consistant is the cross you made? I mean are they all looking fairly similar or are the different plants leaning towards different inherited traits? In the future I'll be trying to get my own blend going so I'm stocking up on every little piece of info I can until then ;)

Looking great btw, you got that monster nug by the keyboard off a 400w hps? Nice :stoned:

I sure did, but at the time that girl was the only one under the 400w so she was loving it. The consistency of the cross I made is pretty good, they're all around the same height, give or take a few inches because one of them is a few days older & also the buds are looking the same, maybe a little difference but not much. The other 2 skunks I have propped up on milk crates to keep up with my other strain. Its a successful feeling when you see something you create work out for the best. I aslo got 3 females out of 4 seeds! Cant ask for much more can ya haha. I need to upgrade my lighting asap.

Thanks for dropping in Red.

Oh yes I also forgot to ask if someone can answer this.

Can Advanced Nutrients be used in soil? I was thinking of using
-Big bud
-Bud Blood
-Overdrive
All for my next grow as I hear these give extreme yield results, any opinions on using them in soil?

Hey Charbud!
I got all the seeds from my previous grow. I had orderd 10 Mandala Hasberry seeds from the Dr and had crossed them with an unknown bagseed full sativa.
So what I got was a very tall, but yet VERY bushy sativa dominant plant. Hoping it makes some good genetics, cant wait to smoke the product :) :rastasmoke:

Lol and Ive got over 2-300 seeds of er, so Im set.

Its nice to be set with seeds like that. 300 of those would last me forever! Cool

Mylar is the best reflective material to use that I know of, reflects more light then a white painted inside. If you look into some lighting threads, Im sure theres some on the forum here, it will tell you how many more lumens you gain

Picture 1 is one of the 2 clones I had recieved, I was told that I could have either gotten 2 skunks, or 1 NL x skunk and 1 skunk. The way the flowers are shaping out, Im sure they're different.

Picture 2 is a shot on my oldest hashberrys frosty wings.

Picture 3 is the skunk. Nice strong smell, dense buds.

Pic 4&5 are my other hashberrys.

Thanks Red.

I did have some complications with 4&5. The roots grew so much that it exploded out the bottom even through 2" of perlite. I had to reload 2 pots of my soil/perlite mix and drop the bottoms into the pots, heavily waterd. They seem to be recovering, possibly a little behind or maybe even a little less in harvest, oh well next time rubbermaids!!

Everythings coming along great, potent smells wich I just love. We're 4 weeks and 4 days in. 26 days left. :rastasmoke:

Alright so here's a little update since things have changed.
The NL clone I had got is maturing much faster then my 3 hashberrys, as with my skunk. Ive also decided to decide to not feed on the 26th and just continue flushing.

Ive taken a test bud from the NL, and I will take one from the Skunk tommorow. I wanna be fresh to experience the high at 100% you know?

I tested the first bud today, very good. Taste was ok but what can you expect with a quick dry. The high was most pleasing, at first it was light and then about 10-15 minutes later it hit me while playing video games. I was completely high, I forgot to completely observe the high. So I think its safe to say that the NL will be cut in 4-5 days along with the skunk.

Now here's something interesting that I found out about my strain. I live in a very cold part of the world and I had left my window open all night as I slept. The tempature change was very low but significant enough to pull out some purple. There is some very distinct purple coloring coming in on 2 of the 3 hashberry plants. I will take pictures tonight when I turn off the light to get the best color as the HPS effects it.

edit -- This stuff is real good, I forgot to post the photos!

:rastasmoke: Have a great day everyone -- I know me and my old lady certaintly are.

Sounds awesome man. I want to cross bigbud with a very potent strain at one point in time, hopefully have decent harvests of quality, do you by chance know what strains hes crossing them with? I was thinking a BB x Hashplant if possible, or BB x Blueberry, these strains together, how could it not be good? lol.

Alright so today me and my girl spent 2 1/2 hours harvesting & trimming. We only harvest 2/5 as the other 3 sativa's are not done yet.

Pics, Skunk on the left, NL on the right.

Tied up a few rows of string to hang the buds on to dry, unfortunatly I dont have another room to use at the moment so they're going to be in my budroom.

Made some delicious butter with all the trimming/underdeveloped buds, she awaits me in the refridgerator for testing in approx 2 hours -- Cooking time boys.

I will be posting the harvest photos of the 3 Hashberrys in a week, give or take a few days.

GET THEM EDIBLES!
