Has anyone here had any luck controlling their epilepsy with medical marijuana?

I'm trying to control mine with medical marijuana and eventually come off my medicine. I already decreased my dose from 4000mg a day of Depakote to 750mg along with 100mg of topamax. I'd like to talk to people that are controlling theirs in conjunction with their meds and trade information as well.

I have 16 strains, mostly indica as they tend to have more CBD. If theres any medical patients that want to try them and let me try theirs I would be fine with that too.

I have 2 epiletic patients that think BlockHead and Black Domina are the best strains that they have tried for helping with their epilepsy.

Thanks for the info, you're not a dispensary off airport and nelson rd are you? I just picked up a gram of Black Domina from them.

Have either strains been tested? Just curious what you offer you're patients for their caregiver rights? Are you're patients curing their epilepsy completely or still on their other medications?

No I dont own a dispensary brother. Neither of the strains that I mentioned had been tested, I really wish that there was a place to test THC, CBD, and a couple other cannabanoids.

I would have to ask them about what medication they are still taking but I dont think that I remember them saying that it totally cured them to be honest. I think much more manageable was the wording they used.

I guess I misspoke by calling them my patients as I am not thier primary caregiver.

ps. I have also heard that Sensi Star is good for epilepsy. It should be quite a bit easier to find then the other two.

Thats cool, I heard there was a testing facility setting up in Boulder or near there only catch is they don't test CBD to the best of my knowledge. Even if you're not their primary caregiver, it sounds like to me you're helping them so I would consider them you're patients regardless. Is it possible for you to have them contact me? I'm seriously interested in talking to anyone that has seizures and gets any relief with medical marijuana, it might actually help me get better control over my own.

Full Spectrum Laboratories (http://www.fullspectrumlaboratories.com/) in Denver tests for CBD which I've heard helps with epilepsy. Tell Buckie that Dave from Boulder sent you.

That's good news, but do you know of any dispensaries in Colorado that have tested their strains and have a 4% or more CBD level? I had a dispensary owner tell me his Chakra was like 8% CBD lol but no proof.
