First tub grow!

So for those of you who made comments on my first tub grow set-up. Thank you very much gents!

Now, it's time to get to business. I wanted to start a grow log and let you all know that I followed the advice in the 100% germination method and put my seeds in just a few minutes ago.

I will post in a few days with pics if everything is going well.

So it's been 5 days and still no sprouts. Here are the pictures of my set up, can someone help me out? It looks like I have done everything right, I am ready to throw in the towel on these seeds and get some new ones.

Alrighty... I think I know what was causing the delay. The ph was too high, it was over 7. I think that may be why my seeds weren't germinating. I lowered it to about 5.8/6 - don't have a digital ph reader... next on the purchase list.

Also, I was checking up on my seeds and it looks like one of them started to root. There is about a half inch root sticking out and is settling pretty deep inside the rapid rooter plug. I left it alone, we'll see what happens tomorrow with the good ph.....
