part of the stem is turning brown and thinning out, it also needs something to support it or it will fold completely over. what should i do? its only about a month old and its grown under a florescent light. im guessing its lack of co2. but im not sure

Fill out the troubleshooting form.

A pic or two would help, too.

Not enough info to even guess...

If stem is turning brown and thinning out your plant is most likely in trouble. This sounds to me like the problem known as "Damping-Off": [attachment=o231988] Basically it is a fungal attack on the stem around the soil line. Is your room clean, and does it have good ventilation? This is just a possibility.
