Colorado? You sure? First....at some point in ur first year you will have to buy a car cause you can only ride ur motorcylce for so long till the extreme cold and snow arrive. Then ya get to property taxes which are sky high and since ya dont wanna rent and piss ur money away forever...ur gonna have to buy at some point.
Economists around the country are looking at Texas and how we are thriving in the current downturn in the economy compared to the upper 49......I am personally gonna ride this Texas thing out.....cheap property, low taxes, I can carry my gun openly in a shoulder harness...we have all the seasons in our huge state, even ski resorts. A self regulated state in a nation of welfare states like California or Louisiana.

I was in BIG Debt, (17g's) and stopped paying my bills when i got laid off 6 months ago. Out of unemlpoyment now. No bills except for phone and ins. So i can't buy a house for 7-10 years anyways unless it's by owner. I did manage to pay off my truck 04 4dr silverado recently though. I don't want to get busted growing in here and go to state pen. Im pretty dedicated to the medical marijuana scene, id rather go big in colorado than in texas. Although i was going to buy a Ninja 250 or something similar before i move their also.
Plus, it's easier to rent a badass house and qualify rather than qualifyn for a 500k when i make 50k a year. All you need is 3-4kw and your good to go, no matter where you are. I dont listen to the govt. no more. They aint playing fair so why should i work my ass off for $15.00 hr, when i can make an extra 60-75g's a year off of 3kw.
