upcoming eCup test

Could use some experienced perspective. I am a very infrequent smoker. Was only smoking once every few weeks (at best) as it was, and then stopped 3 months ago. Took a few hits off a joint 16 days ago. I'm 5'8" 148 lbs, exercise a few times a week and eat pretty healthy (no fast food, mostly low-cal. food). Bought a home pee test from CVS and tested negative - drug line was dark -12 days after last smoke. Was first pee of the morning. Need to get tested in next couple of days for a job.

How reliable are the home tests and any thoughts on the need to dillute for my upcoming test?

Because they are similar in function, home tests are just as accurate as the EZ Cup screen, or any type of Immunoassay for that matter. If youve been testing negative using your first void of the day, then youre good to go. :thumbsup:
