Just got popped at work on a piss test. I will fail. had not smoked for 8hrs prior. Anyone know of anything like this thats gone through the legal system?

When they asked if you were on any drugs did you tell them you were on Medical Marijuana? Depending on the job, I would think you would have a fighting chace ($) for discrimination. If it wouldn't effect your work (heavy equip, etc)
