Try a few wire bread ties ore some coated wire thats easy to bend. Start at the bottom and wrap the wire around loose enough to bend the plant, but not tight so that it will dig into the stem. Then let it sit about 3 days, then you can bend it a bit more and etc. Also, it would help if you position your light the way you want it to grow cuz it will, only to begin the LST. After you gain control of it w/ twine or whatever your using, take off the wire and adjust your lights. This should happen pretty fast, but keep an eye on the wire, so it dont cut into your stem, although a little would heal up fast. We just dont need more problems. I do bonsai, so thats where i first saw the method, but people use bread ties all the time. Next time i would LST a bit earlier, but this will work:thumbsup::rasta:
look on bonsai web, that way you can see how it works if ya want

well the job was achieved and looks fine to me buuutttt u went a little 2 far,i wouldnt worry about any potenetial problems because of it,i would let them stretch a little like another 4-5 inches before continuing your lst.
